after reading the link provided by LAF… i realize Corvin WAS in Social Distortion. I was kinda hoping that he was also in The Clash as well…

Honestly, Tom’s contributions to news were almost as good as “Mommy’s Little Monster”….and way better than “Amoeba”

as a singer…. mike ness looks better in tear stained eyeliner as well… but let him wave a mic flag someday huh?

(postscript to Corvin… you ever see the GERMS?, Weirdos?, The Bags? Black Randy?…i’m talking bands.. not news stories!)

i was in atlanta 2 weeks. i’m getting out of my marked news truck and some punker kid comes up and asks me if i know tom corvin. i didn’t at the time. he then says he’s cool… i heard he was in The Clash.

i like that story better.

(i did hear years later that he was also in Social Distortion)
